- reasonable stability at elevated temperatures (+12nm for Magenta at 300°C) allowing
  use for lighting applications
- Available on thin glass, down to 0.1mm

These colour filters are optionally available with photoresist.
The etching resolution with direct resist application is approx 20µm

Alternatively, these colour filters are also available with a thin chrome intermediate layer for increased etching performance
The etching resolution with chrome sandwiched between the dichroic and the photoresist is approx 10µm.
The etching process is in this case a multi-step etching process.

All our colour filters are sized first and then deposited. This is the more expensive way of producing colour filters, but it ensures
a high quality surface since no invasive glass sizing steps need to be done afterwards.

Furthermore, all glass is handled in semiconductor-grade cleanroom and cleaned with processes only found in the semiconductor industry.

This makes our filters the ideal choice for in-focus applications.
